Last night Lisa and I got into a fight. I cut myself. First time in I'd say a year or more. When I did it it was dark and I thought I didn't make myself bleed so I did it again, and again, and again. I have about *counts* seven lines. In the crease of my arm. I wasn't going to tell Lisa but I can't lie to her so when I saw her today, once she got back to my house I told and showed her. I didn't do it to hurt her and I wasn't trying to kill myself. I just needed an escape. *Sighs*
